William J. Eberight

William Eberight is the firm’s principal and has been practicing law for over 41 years. He has represented clients in New York Supreme Court and in front of numerous state and local regulatory agencies in relation to varied real estate matters. He regularly represents clients in criminal court and in front of the Environmental Control Board in relation to fire and building code violations. Mr. Eberight also defends clients in violation proceedings initiated by other state and local agencies such as the Department of Environmental Conservation and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. He is admitted to the bars of New York and Florida.
